They said there was nothing they could do and told us we needed to call customer service ourselves the next day and couldn’t use our card for our purchase. We got the card at a Christmas party so didn’t know any of the purchase information. The manager was unapologetic and gave no solution- barely even talking to us. Definitely will not come back to this store.
