Not a single employee — aside from one kind male associate — bothered to greet us, offer help, or even make eye contact. Everyone else acted like customers were an inconvenience or invisible. The energy in this store was flat-out unfriendly and dismissive. For a brand that prides itself on “connection” and “community,” this location completely failed to deliver either. Honestly, if you don’t want to interact with customers, maybe retail isn’t the right job.

He was really friendly and helpful with an issue with an existing pair of pants and getting me a replacement pair sent to my house. The store looked really good, well stocked, and nice displays. I am relatively new to the Lululemon brand and they are more expensive than I usually buy but the replacement policy made it with it. Because of Kyle and Lululemon they have a long term customer.
