She literally ran towards him to use his number for my purchase even though I explained I’m not interested and wanted to proceed without giving my info away. She was extremely grouchy and rude. We won’t ever return as it was so off-putting.

I had to exchange a purchase I received for my birthday. This mistake led to an awesome customer experience with the young lady (forgive me if I’m wrong with the name) Brielle (spelling). She was so welcoming and friendly, helped me beyond expectations. We completed my transaction, chatted with her for a few before we knuckled and parted ways. I’d go out of my way again just for the customer service I received. 😊😊😊

The only sad thing is that most of the times both locations don't have my size. Please have more size 10 shoes because apparently they are popular. Take advantage of the demand.
