  Do not buy from Tiffanie’s. I ordered a simple bracelet and paid $1300. The quality is absolutely garbage. And the customer service is just as bad. When the bracelet arrived by mail it was not even in the item box. It was loose in the shipping box and had multiple knots in the chain. This had to be fixed by a jeweler. After having it for a few months it fell off multiple times due to a cheap faulty clasp. Two times it was lost for multiple months. After the third time losing the bracelet, we returned it to have the clasp repaired or replaced with a quality clasp. Tiffanies replied that there was nothing wrong with it and sent it back. We returned the item in its original box and we received it back in a large plain cardboard box. Once again the chain has multiple knots in it because they tossed it in a box instead of putting it in the actual sales box. They did manage to return the original box but the bracelet wasn’t in it. Just laying loose. There is no possible way it could have fallen out of the original sales box as it was latched and inside an other Tiffany box. So the repair department just threw it in a big box with the original box and retuned it broken and in worse shape than when I sent it. So now I have a bracelet I can’t wear without it falling off and I’ve had to have it fixed by a quality jeweler twice just because of how they shipped it. Sad to see what should be an iconic company go to absolute crap. I’ve had better quality items from Clair’s.

  Most of the staff was great, but Karyn left a sour taste in my mouth. I wish I let the original male associate handle my purchase instead. Please tell your staff not to try and guess customers’ ethnicities, act disappointed when they get it wrong, then inform the customer that they’re normally very good at guessing types of Asians. Even if I had an accent (which I don’t, I’m American), that was inappropriate. She didn’t do that with the white friends I was with..

  Went there just to get a replacement for my earring hook I had lost. The man who helped us was absolutely lovely. Who would have thought we could have such a fun time. Thank you!

  Great staff, amazing store. Something from Tiffany’s has been my dream for many years, and I finally could afford it and I was in SLC on a short trip and decided to stop by. Got my first Tiffany’s bracelet, it said online that it wasn’t available at the store, but they found it immediately, I tried a couple of sizes on to see which one would fit. They boxed my bracelet and gave me a cloth to clean it with in the future. Overall experience was great!

  They no longer do complimentary cleaning of their jewelry and offer a $20 fee per piece with a 2 day turn around. One star is being generous
