  The customer service at this store was extremely disappointing. The manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. I felt judged and looked down on the entire time instead of being helped. I’ve always trusted Nordstrom for its reputation of great customer service and have shopped here frequently, but this experience really made me question that. It honestly makes me hesitant to shop here again. I bought these shoes in January, and it’s only March now, just a little over 60 days. New Balance is not a cheap brand, so I expected much better quality. However, both sides of the fabric at the front of the shoes have already torn, which clearly appears to be a manufacturer defect. When I asked if an exchange was possible, the manager immediately blamed me, saying I must have worn the shoes too roughly, without even properly inspecting them. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or provide any kind of support. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Very disappointing for a brand I trusted.

  I bought some shoes and luggage here. It's still a little pricey but my wife said I got a good deal. So we're both happy.
