Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

Just a poor experience. Took a pair of pants I got as Christmas gift that were the wrong size. I never wore them, never so much as tried them on, because they were the wrong size. Did I mention they were the wrong size?
I finally found a free moment to take them back hoping to exchange them for the correct size. My bad for not prioritizing my time around returning them sooner, but you know how life can be.
I was told they were purchased too long ago to exchange them. The staff member so diligently pointed out they were purchased in November, I pointed out that I didn't care, so she got her manager. The manager pointed out the staff member was correct about Lululemon's policies. Leaving me to infer it was my fault for not reading my Lululemon employee handbook, so I left the store.
Congratulations to lulu staff member and manager, you guys followed your store policies to a tee. I will never go back to that location or any others and next Xmas season I will make a point to tell anyone insisting on giving me a gift that I will have to graciously decline any gift purchased from Lululemon.

Honestly, I come to this store because their customer service is outstanding. Could easily shop online but the help and knowledge of the team here makes in-person shopping so much more enjoyable!

I came in planning to spend over $200, but after my experience, I refused to buy anything. The cashier was extremely rude and refused to return a $15 keychain, even though I had the receipt. Terrible customer service — she completely lacked basic communication skills and professionalism. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and won’t be shopping at this location again.
My my order online not to support such awful employees.

The employees were so kind, so helpful, and so attentive. They were especially helpful in helping me get different sizes and in helping me as I walked around the store. Mackay was super nice and professional as well as another employee at the front but don’t remember his name. Best lulu I’ve been to in Utah.
