  I recently went into this store with my dad to test some of their popular fragrances. As we approached the door and entered a young male employee gave us looks of disapproval and asked what we wanted. I told him we were here to test fragrances and he pointed to fragrances, mumbled something and walked away. When I asked a female staff about the contents of the fragrances she seemed to find my question dumb and gave me a disapproving look. I came in with the intent to purchase a fragrance, but I’d rather eat my eyebrows then purchase anything from that particular location If you don’t come in dressed in a 3 piece suit, expect the silent treatment and dirty looks

  Have been trying to decide between two fragrances and went into the store to compare them both. Not long after I walked in I was greeted by Marco. He listened to what I was wanting, and ended up recommending a fragrance that was very similar to the two I had initially wanted. It ended up being the clear winner. Best customer service I have had anywhere - I won't be going to anyone else moving forward. Thank you, Marco!

  This review is for Marco Romo.. aka the best and most kind sales associate! He is helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and just a joy to chat with and do business with. I first met him when popping in to show my nails to the staff that had asked about them (they were inspired by their Christmas bag) and he remembered me coming in a couple of weeks prior (bought a bag from a different associate at that time but he had noticed me). We started chatting about life. I didn’t buy anything but thanks to his amazing customer service and friendly demeanor, I contacted him for my next couple of purchases. Thanks for being amazing, Marco! You’re an asset to the company.
