I recently made an $900 purchase, only to discover I had accumulated points worth $150 that expired without being applied. These points should be automatically redeemed when I make a purchase, eliminating the need for repeated checks. I believe this system would better serve your loyal customers and I'm hoping we can find a solution, considering my significant investment with your company.

The guy helping me, Andrew, seemed very knowledgable and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I ended up getting a pair of Ray-Bans and a pair of Oakleys because they had a good deal going on. Overall, I will be coming back here again for some glasses when needed again.

The employee helping me immediately made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and insisted there was only one size available. Until the employee checked online and realized it did. I was repeatedly pushed to buy the wrong frame color and had to correct him multiple times. When I asked for a refund to repurchase the correct pair, I was told they were “discontinued,” even though they were available online. I felt talked down to, gaslighted. I would not recommend this location if you are a woman shopping alone.
