  Went in to return a shirt that was damaged without a receipt (my bad) but I wanted to exchange not money back, manager couldn’t honor it and kept changing the narrative, first she needed a receipt then the credit card I used to purchase it, then she said she was unable to take it back, so I just left the damaged shirt and walked out, I don’t need to be treated like a thief. This was the female manager at the Sugarhouse location.
