  I shopped here last week and found myself very impressed with what the store had to offer. Teijzia came to help me find some amazing clothes that suited my style, and all her recommendations were top notch. I would highly recommend this store to everyone!

  They keep few sizes of each dress so if it's something fancy you will probably have to order it online anyway. Staff are VERY attentive. That can go either way.

  Tori, you’re a real one! I’ve stopped by at least 3 times this week to find some shoes for my niece and every time, Tori was there to help me find exactly what I need. She even found a pair of cowgirl boots that I thought were sold out everywhere including Nordstrom Rack. She helped me purchase twelve pairs of shoes all in the proper size. My niece is going to love them! Thank youuu!!! amazing service as usual!! 10/10 would recommend

  My wife and I recently visited City Creek Center and had such an outstanding experience with the Order Pickup that I felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment I approached the counter, they were incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They handled everything efficiently while still taking the time to answer my questions and assist with additional requests. You can immediately tell they take pride in what they do. My wife has always been a loyal Nordstrom shopper. To be honest, I was never really a fan myself! I didn’t fully understand the appeal. But after interacting with the crew, I completely get it now. Their level of service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond truly set them apart. They didn’t just hand over my wife’s order they made the experience seamless and enjoyable. The staff created such a warm, personal atmosphere that it felt more like reconnecting with friends than completing a transaction. The staff made it feel natural and comfortable, like I was simply talking with friends. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare. They were organized, proactive, and made sure every detail was correct before we left. Nothing felt rushed, and everything felt intentional. Now I fully understand why my wife and her girlfriends love shopping at Nordstrom. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this location! They represent the brand exceptionally well.

  Tried on a Theory dress but it wasn't my style, I sent my boyfriend to ask the attendant about Sandro and Maje and the attendant was nice but explained she never heard of the brands and implied the price point wasn't a match. Does SLC not carry Sandor or Maje?
