Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I came in planning to spend over $200, but after my experience, I refused to buy anything. The cashier was extremely rude and refused to return a $15 keychain, even though I had the receipt. Terrible customer service — she completely lacked basic communication skills and professionalism. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and won’t be shopping at this location again.
My my order online not to support such awful employees.

The employees were so kind, so helpful, and so attentive. They were especially helpful in helping me get different sizes and in helping me as I walked around the store. Mackay was super nice and professional as well as another employee at the front but don’t remember his name. Best lulu I’ve been to in Utah.

Walked in today, and browsed for a couple of minutes. An employee was standing directly in front of me at a display. He didn't look up or didn't greet me. He completely ignored me, then walked away. I will not go back. (I am not a high maintenance person at all...actually just the opposite. However, if you can't take a quick second and at least say "hi", that tells me that you don't need my business.)
