  This review is for Marco Romo.. aka the best and most kind sales associate! He is helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and just a joy to chat with and do business with. I first met him when popping in to show my nails to the staff that had asked about them (they were inspired by their Christmas bag) and he remembered me coming in a couple of weeks prior (bought a bag from a different associate at that time but he had noticed me). We started chatting about life. I didn’t buy anything but thanks to his amazing customer service and friendly demeanor, I contacted him for my next couple of purchases. Thanks for being amazing, Marco! You’re an asset to the company.

  Walked in the store wanted to buy some stuff, was totally ignored onto top of given dirty looks cuz I wasn't dressed in a suit. Never going here again.

  DO NOT BUY GIFTS HERE. I love LV stuff, but had a terrible service experience with a gift exchange. Buy your gifts from another designer. I came in to exchange shoes that were a gift from my dad that didn’t fit and my wife exchanged a gift I bought her. I reordered my shoes to the store, then called in a week later because i haven’t heard back and learned that they put the exchange order under my dads account, but that it will arrive the following week. I call in the next week to see if it’s arrived and they refuse to give me any information as to whether my package has arrived. The lady was short, rude and unhelpful. Told me the person that gave me the gift originally needs to call in to ask. And that they need to be called when i pick up the order as well. All because their sales person didn’t put the new order on my account as they should have. Who wants to or should have to jump through hoops and make someone who gave them a present jump through hoops, just to exchange a pair of shoes? Get it together LV SLC. That’s terrible service.
