I walked into this store hoping to buy an item and was completely ignored when I tried to get a sales associate’s attention, while other customers were acknowledged and helped. When I pointed this out, I was told I should have checked in at the door, which I didn’t know about because no one was at the door checking people in. When I asked to speak with a manager, the manager gave me the same excuses and asked if I wanted to join a line, knowing the store would close in three minutes. This was very uncomfortable behavior. For a public business, staff should treat all entering customers as potential buyers, not preferably.

Every sales associate was beyond attentive and kind, even with our large group picking out items left and right, they were able to cater to each of us individually. We all walked out with bags full and items truly that match each of our personalities! Their attention to detail, knowledge of the products and LV history was unmatched.
