  I walked into the Salt Lake LV store with some apprehension due to the negative reviews. Kelli and Ary completely blew my experience out of the water with how warm, helpful and knowledgeable they were. I was visiting SLC and wanted to get my mom her first LV bag for her 70th bday. Both these ladies were very helpful in pulling out multiple bags and walking her through the answers to her many questions. Kelli especially went above and beyond, even texting me on her day off to be sure I received my bag (which she had overnighted from a different store just to ensure it would get to us in time). We went in today to get the bag hot stamped and she made sure we got everything we needed before we left. Had such a fantastic experience with Kelli and Ary that I plan to be back to this store to buy any other LV bags in the future.

  I was so excited to buy my very first Louis Vuitton bag for my birthday a couple months ago. I came in several times beforehand to decide for sure which one I wanted, Marian was AMAZING!! She was so kind and patient with me as I was very indecisive when making sure I found the perfect bag. She had many good recommendations and even treated my husband and I to water every time we came in. She gave us top notch service every time we came in the store and didn’t make me feel pressured. All of the salespeople I worked with were very helpful, but Marian was my favorite! When I finally made a decision and bought my bag, she felt like family to both my husband and I, so much so that I even wanted to get a picture with her. Thank you so much for all of your help, I will definitely be back in the future!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amanda has been absolutely amazing every single time I’ve come in. She goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is perfect, and her professionalism and warmth always make me feel valued as a client. It’s rare to come across someone who not only delivers excellent service but also truly cares about the people she helps. We are definitely going to miss her now that she’s moving on to new opportunities, but I’m so grateful for the time and care she’s given here. LV is losing a gem!

  De passage a Salt Lake City nous y sommes allé afin de proceder a un marquage a froid sur un étui de passeport ansi que sur un etui d agenda. Un miracle c est produit en une heure cela fut fait contre 24h dans une boutique Francaise et sur rendez-vous (je suis Francais). Nous avons rencontré les meilleurs conseillère que nous ayons vu,d une grande gentillesse ( je n exagere pas)et d un professionnalisme que certaines boutiques Française devrait prendre pour exemple. UN GRAND MERCI A TOUTES LES 2 VOUS VOUS RECONNAÎTREZ.
