- CJCynthia JDec 27, 20251.0I had an order pickup here and the sales associate here was so rude, unfriendly, and snobby! It was off putting that this is their service here. I won’t be coming back. It’s too bad I had already pre purchased, with that attitude she had I would’ve put everything back then and there.
- SNsavannah nordDec 10, 20251.0I talked to them a couple of months ago and told them I got something last year for Christmas and hadn’t had time to make it in there to Exchange it. They were nice expensive diamond earrings, so they were not cheap. They said to not worry at all if I was going to exchange and to come in and do that whenever. However, I just talked to them now and they said I would not be able to exchange, even though these earrings were hundreds of dollars. I asked them to make an exception and she asked the manager and the manager said no. I have shopped here a lot, and it’s very telling and eye-opening to see how a valued customer is treated. I will not be shopping here anymore. I’m so bummed!
