They were gossiping at the cashier area, not eye contact, no acknowledgment at all and we were really interesting on buying a vest but I would not give my money to a store where the treatment was so judgmental and poor since the moment we came in

- TDTyler DurdenAug 14, 20151.0I live at City Creek and went into Hugo Boss with my wife. We had seen a sale sign in the prior weeks and I am looking for a Fall sport coat. We weren't greeted or acknowledged even though we were the only ones in the store. There were two workers, a 20 something guy and a 40 something gal. When I asked if anything was on sale, the gal laughed and I was told that "It's all on sale and we don't do discounts." This is a lie as they have had the sale sign out in front of their store several times. Not sure why someone working retail is so hostile and condescending to people trying to spend money in their store. Obviously, they don't care much about their jobs and don't work on commission. I went into Nordstrom after and was greeted and acknowledged by several employees who were more then happy to show me all the options in my size and let me know about future discounts. Don't bother with Hugo Boss, I learned that Nordstrom carries most of their stuff anyway.
