Pretty sure I’m sticking with vuori, lulu and all other nord brands. Poor customer service equals horrible company.

They didn’t check carefully, were unhelpful, and even had an unfriendly attitude. This was clearly the staff’s error, yet the customer was the one who had to deal with the problem.
