The staff made a mistake with my receipt and refunded the wrong card, but instead of resolving it, they pushed all the responsibility onto me. They didn’t check carefully, were unhelpful, and even had an unfriendly attitude. This was clearly the staff’s error, yet the customer was the one who had to deal with the problem.
