🚨 DANGEROUS FOR TODDLERS – STAFF IGNORING SAFETY RULES 🚨
Parents need to know this before bringing small children here.
This playground has a clearly posted 42-inch height limit for the toddler area, but staff and security completely ignore it.
A much older and larger child (around 8 years old, approx. 55-60 inches tall and significantly heavier) was allowed to play in the toddler area.
This child ran into multiple small children, including my own (ages 2). My child was hit on the head, which is extremely dangerous for a toddler.
I asked staff to enforce the height rule and speak with the parent, but they said the rule is “just guidance.”
There were around 4-5 security/staff members present, and not one intervened. They dismissed the incident as “normal,” laughed and joked with the parent and child who had hit my toddler, and one staff member even laughed directly at me.
Two different staff members told me this "happens a lot" and that children getting bumped or injured is "normal", which is extremely concerning in a toddler area.
When I requested to speak with the Chief Manager, I was told they were not available, leaving no one in authority to address the situation.
About 30 minutes later, the Manager arrived. After I asked to report the incident to the police, he instructed the other family to leave and stated that he could also remove me from the premises, rather than assisting with the report or ensuring safety, preventing proper reporting and accountability.
⚠️ Parents: this is not a safe environment for toddlers. Rules are ignored, staff ignore dangerous situations, and accountability is removed. Stay extremely close to your children, and consider avoiding this playground entirely.
