  Pennys,like everywhere else is way to expensive for me,I will never,never go back,they raised prices so high I hope see see them go out of business, cause they wont have mine anymore..,im so done with pennys,I will shop at thirft stores.

  Update: I went back the next day and they kindly helped me with the return, got the manager and there were no problems. Turns out the store will honor what is printed on the receipt. The gentleman that helped me today was kind and there were no problems. Lolly, who refused to help me yesterday, and the manager guy on site at that time, were both rude and unapologetic for refusing to honor the policy written on the receipt. Original review: I had a return, a few pretty necklaces I bought for a wedding that my daughters didn't like and wouldn't wear. The receipt literally says right on it that purchases made after October 1st can be returned until January 31st. I went in to return it and the associate (Lolly) said it was past their 60 day return policy and they can't do anything. She called the manager on duty to the front and he doubled down and said the same thing. They told me I can come back another day and talk to a regional manager, but they were unable to help me, despite it saying it right on the receipt that they could be returned until January 31st. The receipt didn't say anything about a 60 day return policy. The associates were so rude! They gave me the number of the JC Penny credit card company to call, as if they could help me with this issue, which wasn't helpful at all. I called the normal JCPenny customer service, they say they can't help either because it's not an online purchase. ______ They did honor it ultimately, I just had to waste my time coming back a different day to talk to more capable associates.

  Went in blind for a gift and the salesman let me spend a stupid amount on cheap material in the jewlery dept. I CANT wait to return it tomorrow after ordering through a small business for a better material and 75% cheaper 💀

  Good luck finding anyone to help you. We were at their jewelry counter for at least a half hour. My wife walked around the store and the only worker's that were there were at the checkout registers. I guess you need to break the jewelry case glass in order to get service.

  I passed through a few days ago in picking up some seeds, chocolate boxes, and I didn’t spend much time in the store, but what I noticed and both my wife and I commented on is the fact that it just needs some tender, loving care. The store is outdated the lighting is dismal and it really needs a reset
