  I had a really frustrating experience in store today. I originally came in to exchange a pair of shorts, and while I was there I asked an educator if zipper repair was still offered. I recently purchased a Define jacket and the zipper came off. She explained that zipper repairs are available, but since I hadn’t owned the jacket long, she could process it under the quality promise with proof of purchase. At the time, I couldn’t immediately locate my receipt, but she was very helpful and even tried to find it under my profile. She let me know that if I was able to find the receipt, I could come back and she would take care of it. After shopping around a bit, I did find the receipt and returned to the store. As she was heading to lunch, she passed me to a coworker and explained the situation. However, once she left, the male educator refused to help me. He stated that he couldn’t process the quality exchange because I was wearing the jacket and it needed to be freshly washed. I explained that I had just left my house wearing it and that it was clean, but he still declined to move forward. It was extremely frustrating to have one educator ready and willing to help, only for another to completely refuse the same solution minutes later. I don’t live close to a Lululemon, the jacket was clean, and the item would ultimately be damaged out anyway. I also worked for Lululemon for five years and have never heard of this. I would really appreciate more consistency between educators and a willingness to support guests when they come in—especially given the price point of the product. This experience felt unnecessarily difficult and disappointing.

  I never write reviews for anything, but after leaving the Lululemon store today, I had to. The customer service was absolutely immaculate. I asked one question about a pair of leggings, and I swear the entire team showed up to help me. I felt so supported and genuinely taken care of. Everyone treated me with such kindness—it honestly felt like they were helping out their best friend. The experience was so personal, which is something I don’t think you find in most stores anymore. You can tell they truly care about making their customers as happy as possible. If I could give more than five stars, I would without hesitation.

  I went to make a gift exchange for a jacket last weekend and I wanted to shout out the excellent customer service. I didn’t get the workers name, but she was older than the other workers, maybe in her 40s with dark hair. I’m glad I remembered to make this review, because it seems as thought most recent reviews are poor and about returns/exchanges, so it seems like they are working on improving customer experience!
