  They wouldn’t let me buy a Lululemon gift card with my Amex credit card, and told me I wouldn’t receive the Amex benefit credit. At many other stores, people were able to do this and still get the credit, but the Lululemon employee refused. The only option they gave me was to buy an item and return it, which was really frustrating!

  I got a hoodie today at Farmington station and they forgot to take out the security tag, I come back to the Riverton store because is closer to our house and they didn’t had any problem to help us out, of course we had a receipt and provide everything that they might need to help us and they did!

  Terrible Customer Service – Disappointing Experience at Lululemon I had a really frustrating experience at this location. I bought a shirt, got home, tried it on, and realized I needed the next size up. I went back to the store the to exchange it, shirt in perfect condition—but because I had removed the tags, they flat-out refused to do an exchange. Let me be clear: the shirt was unworn, clean, and obviously brand new. But because I didn’t bring the *physical tags*, their policy is to deny any sort of return or exchange. In today’s retail world, that’s just outdated and ridiculous. Costco lets you return *anything*, even without a receipt. Walmart, Target, Nordstrom—you name it—are all far more customer friendly. Most stores understand that good customer service means being reasonable and flexible. Not Lululemon. What kind of business model punishes loyal paying customers for something as small as removing a tag when the product is still clearly new? It’s not about the shirt. It’s about principle. In a time where consumers have so many better options, enforcing a policy like this shows a complete disregard for customer experience and long-term loyalty. This is a failed customer service approach and a bad business model.
