Clean organized clear aisles overall a good DI. Only thing is prices were inconsistent. There was a large crockpot for seven dollars next to a small one for $12.

I’ve shopped here for years and have always loved it but the customer service front line is lacking. The cashier Zarlasht has no personality and is always so rude, also doesn’t ever smile. Very upsetting

My experience at this D.I. location was extremely disappointing due to the way an employee named Annalise handled a simple pricing question. I purchased multiple DVDs clearly marked $2, including four separate TV series sets. There was one additional TV series marked $3 and another without a price tag. Considering that four other series were clearly priced at $2, it seemed entirely reasonable that the single $3 tag could have been a pricing error. When we asked about it, Annalise said she would “keep” the ones marked at $2, as though honoring clearly posted prices was optional..but refused to adjust the $3 series to match the others. She then decided on her own to charge $3 for the DVD that didn’t even have a tag at all. To be clear, this isn’t about a $1 difference. It’s about the dismissive attitude and the unnecessary power trip over a minor pricing discrepancy. There was no effort to resolve it fairly, no transparency in the decision, and no attempt to involve a manager. Annalise seemingly did not hold a management position, yet she made arbitrary pricing calls without explanation. Customers should not feel talked down to or made to feel like they’re asking for special treatment when questioning inconsistent pricing. I hope management reviews this situation and reinforces basic customer service standards!
