I bought a belt over 60 days ago less than 4 months and I could not get an exchange due to the belt breaking on me. They will only exchange things that are less than 60 days so they only expect their products like their belts to last 60 days then if they be real there's no accountability. This is what we get from the corporation that's been around for over 50 years. Next to that the customer service that I got was terrible and actually didn't even care that JCPenney was doing me the way they just did me. She was happy that this company is ripping people off the way they just did me. I guess this means going back to online shopping, and no more JCPenney.
