- MFMelinda FrazierFeb 11, 20261.0I'm a Deseret Industries fan and frequent DI's across Utah, and have to say the disgust I felt walking into this store. The awful smell dictated my horrible shopping experience. This store would be awesome if it smelled clean and shelves were organized.

Then my son was killed, my world crashed, I spend so much time running so i don't have to deal, it's too much loss.. I go to our Deseret Industries Thrift store.. they know about my son, they are kind, the customers are so kind , I tell them about my son and what a kind young man he is, I shop, make friends.. the employees are so awesome, they are one of my few safe places and I now have more cookie scoops than Walmart. I'm so very thankful for what they have done for me. They even make me laugh, all know my name.. I even started some of my other friends going with me.. you never know what treasures you'll find.
