  Harassment and going against customers sexual orientation today. Multiple Latinos and Latinas . 1 White Lady. 1 White Male tried to "body" me. Out the door. Absolutely unacceptable. I am filing charges. And will be calling the mall. I expect a follow up

  After my wife's treatment she needed to get out and walk so we decided to stop at the provo mall for a snack and a walk. After grabbing a bite to eat we went straight for JC Penny, one of our favorites. As soon as we walked through the door, the lady working jewelry was on us and called security to follow us around. The only reason I spent a dime in that place today was because she had found a few things that she really wanted. Regardless, we spent the ride home trying to decide, was it the color of her skin, or maybe my military tattoos??? Either way, we both agreed that we had never felt so judged and disrespected and we agreed that we would never step foot in that store again.

  Not much of a shopping person, but went in and got such a welcoming experience, with such politeness. A beautiful, kind hearted JC employee whose said her name was Seliene made my shopping experience so enjoyable! Thanks to her I got the help I needed and more! I would shop here again!

  JC penney at Provo Mall, had been my favorite place to go for years. They are always very kind and informative. But today, a young cashier called Esther located at the shoe department, had the most despicable rude attitude, that I literally am considering to not go back. I usually don’t make any complaints, but today this Esther made me feel so uncomfortable with his unbearable attitude. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble, but working for customers you need to make an effort, regardless you are in a good mood or not. Thats why I’m leaving just one star, overall JC Penney is a good store, but probably I should start going somewhere else, I’ve heard Kohls is also a good store too….
