But today, a young cashier called Esther located at the shoe department, had the most despicable rude attitude, that I literally am considering to not go back. I usually don’t make any complaints, but today this Esther made me feel so uncomfortable with his unbearable attitude. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble, but working for customers you need to make an effort, regardless you are in a good mood or not. Thats why I’m leaving just one star, overall JC Penney is a good store, but probably I should start going somewhere else, I’ve heard Kohls is also a good store too….

We had to walk over to target to get them legos because they were so upset. We were on time, in line and left empty handed. It was a complete waste of our time.
