I have been shopping the Pollo store for over twenty years. I found in recent years this Pollo store manager was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the store and store inventory. Each and every time I have entered the Pollo store the manager has recognized me and greeted me with a smile. She then asked me if she could help me in any way. On one occasion while shopping there I was looking for my size so that I could purchase a skirt and top outfit. I could not find my size. I asked the store manager if she could help me. The manager was very friendly and she went to work searching through inventory in the back. She returned to me and she told me she had not found my size. The manager then looked at the mannequin and found my size. She went the extra mile for me, and she changed the mannequin so that I could have the size that I needed. I felt she was extremely attentive to me and my desire to purchase the outfit. Because of the store manager I was able to wear the Pollo outfit at an event. I was able to advertise my Pollo outfit as my friends and family asked where I purchased it. The Pollo store manager is the best store manager I have interacted with. I have appreciated shopping at the store because of her highly effective application of customer service skills.

Left and didn’t think much of it until I came back and met the same lady and found out she is the manager (Rita), who I can see on here has a reputation. Same bitter attitude. From a more high end store, you expect the best customer experience. Sad to see where this store has gone.
