I have family in from Scotland, we had 3 generations of people we were buying for. This young man went out of his way to help all of us and even opening the door for us to leave with our bags. Being honest, I've never had an employee be so attentive. Thank you Carlos you were amazing.

They are keeping people safe and limiting the number of customers as required for CVD19. My daughter has two completely different size of feet. One is a 6 and I e is an 8. Vans has a policy that they allow people to mix sizes without charging extra. Most other stores we frequent require us to buy 2 pairs of shoes. Vans is awesome!!
