- NSNavjot Singh1 day ago1.0I went into this store today intending to purchase sunglasses worth around $700–$800. When I politely asked the salesperson if they could include an extra sunglass cover/box, he refused and instead tried to charge me for a cleaning kit I never asked for. His tone was rude, dismissive, and made me feel extremely unwelcome and judged. Because of how poorly I was treated, I decided to leave the sunglasses there. I will not be returning, and I definitely won’t recommend this location to anyone. Customers spending that much money deserve basic respect and professionalism.
