They were so helpful and I wanted to make sure they got a shout out for going above and beyond for the situation.

He got it on the first try! Excellent work!

When I politely asked the salesperson if they could include an extra sunglass cover/box, he refused and instead tried to charge me for a cleaning kit I never asked for. His tone was rude, dismissive, and made me feel extremely unwelcome and judged. Because of how poorly I was treated, I decided to leave the sunglasses there. I will not be returning, and I definitely won’t recommend this location to anyone. Customers spending that much money deserve basic respect and professionalism.
