- SSSandeep SinghJun 30, 20251.0I just walked in to get my glasses adjusted since they hurt on the side of my ear which Anna sold me 2 months ago to begin with. I spent 475 bucks on it so it was not cheap. I have several glasses so I haven’t worn it for a while. The other day I brought my wife to buy stuff from her and she did . So for her to show me a weird attitude and say why didn’t u tell me 2 months ago when u bought it that it hurts the side of my ear is ridiculous, entitled and rude . I have bought over 50 glasses from sunglass hut and never ever treated this way . I walked in first but she chose to ignore me and help another client that walked in after me . This is just blatant poor customer service I guess 3.6 star ratings speak for themselves I usually don’t do this but I thought she deserved this review being so ignorant and rude to an existing customer because she felt like being rude .

I am from out of town but I would come back to Utah just to by from Anna again. I am very happy with my purchase but was even happier about the experience! Thank you Anna!!

Walked in and was asked what we were up to today, when we said we were just browsing the man told us we made a mistake by missing out on skiing today when we had previously said we skied the last 2 days. Proceeded to tell us we screwed up our vacation plans because today was the “nicer ski day”. I ignored the persistent comments on our vacation plans and proceeded to browse. Decided I did not want to purchase and as we thanked him out the door he said “have fun wasting time”. I was appalled. Good luck making sales with that attitude.
