  We purchased two duffle bags on 12-17-2025. We took them to South Africa on eight different flights, when we arrived home we noticed a small slit in one of the duffles' i took it back to see if they could repair it. The manager called his home office called me back said bring it back. I did he said I have decided to replace it for you. This is what I call great customer relations. If you ever need luggage I highly recommend them Richard Jaffa

  They did not have what I wanted in stock, but the sales associate was very helpful and got me what I wanted.
