  Visited during Sundance just to browse and was surprised at the wonderful customer service. They don’t brush you off, they still treat you as you were a VIP. Every rep from the different brands was helpful. This is unfortunately unusual from other stores, especially Rolex AD’s.

  Simply amazed by the service provided by this location and tip my Hat to Zach! He went above par to deliver my wife’s Christmas gift! Able hold the piece for my return! Definitely how the luxury Experience should be!

  I had the best experience in the world with Zack he was working with me for 6 months to get me my watch the one I wanted a super professional very friendly service he was always in contact with me and helped me until I got what I wanted yesterday I finally went to pick up my Rolex I really recommend them very happy with the whole process thank you Zack for all you help

  First of all, this store is full of aspiration and inspiration. It has a boutique feel and has endless eye candy to shop from. I really like its location and found parking nearby with ease. From the second I stepped foot into this store, the assistant manager made sure I was taken care of. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to the jewelry industry. She really listened to what I was looking for and I never felt pressured or rushed, even when I was struggling to make a choice. When you meet someone with that attention to detail they really stand out because they genuinely care and enjoy their line of work, and it shows. Furthermore, and most important to me, no matter how you present yourself (and I dont always show up polished or put together, I never felt judged). From dream watches to meticulously choosing a specific and hard to source stone for a gift, she sees it through. In fact, she makes it fun, stress-free and is the real deal. Solely because of this, I have always returned to O.C. Tanner in Park City because I would not want to work with anyone else. Thanks for always helping me choose the best gifts, be it for myself, or my loved ones, you’re awesome Jennifer!

  O.C.Tanner Park City has become a favorite in our family, but all credit goes directly to Jennifer Powers. With a powerhouse superstar like Jennifer in their ranks, O.C. Tanner wins every time in our book. We have felt so incredibly fortunate to have met her (and even her beautiful dog, who my son now adores). She is a gem of a human who exhibits utmost professionalism, patience, poise, grace and knowledge. She is always beyond attentive, responsive, helpful and all around lovely to interact with. Jennifer's industry expertise is abundant, she really gets to know her customer and guides with the perfect balance of information and advice. I have even been guilty of forgetting business hours and reaching out with questions on weekends or evenings (my fault!) and Jennifer has still been so generous as to respond. She goes the extra mile, treats her customers like family and is a true asset in every regard. THANK YOU for making O.C.Tanner shine so bright, we appreciate you in every way.
