- EJEric Johnson6 days ago2.0Cargo shorts greeted me coming in the door today for the spring fashion of 26. How boring… Really over the outlet store because it’s not an outlet store. There’s no discounts unless you want to buy two of something and then you get 50% off list price of one item but only if you buy two you know well that’s the catch isn’t it that’s where they get you. not interested in trying to meet that quota just to get that 25% off their full list price which in the end isn’t always a very good deal. There’s better places to go that Offer better value

I went with my sister this afternoon (3.23.25, between the hours of 2-4 pm), and three of the employees were laughing, pointing, and whispering while looking over at us- clearly making fun. It was three girls, looking to be about ages 16-20. I assumed I was interpreting the situation incorrectly and continued on. When I asked for a changing room the three girls burst into fits of laughter while sharing looks between them. During the course of us trying on clothes, there were about 5-6 people waiting for changing rooms to be unlocked. There were available changing rooms, and the three female employees were standing right next to the changing rooms- but were too busy gossiping to notice that people needed their assistance. This behavior was completely inappropriate and out of line. Our cashier was very nice. (Different person than the other three.) I love American Eagle clothes, but I was really frustrated by the behavior of the employees at this location.
