But you can change is you employees and management and systems I went to try to pay for a 30% off sweatshirt so I paid the full amount which was 45 dollars and on my end it went through it was approved and everything and they had the nerve to tell me I needed to pay 27 dollars because it only paid half. UM EXCUSE ME!! I am going to buy two sweaters and I told them and showed them my notification that it was approved and they still wanted me to pay 27 bucks I don’t think so and all they can say is we can give you a refund. Yeah you better this place has lost my respect and fix your darn systems and retrain your employees.

I went in this morning and purchased two shirts. The girl working the dressing rooms then checked us out and she was extremely rude in both interactions. She snapped at us to make sure we brought our items out of the dressing room (as we were still trying them on so it’s not like we were leaving them in there) and didn’t tell us where to put them. She then acted extremely rude when my mom and I tried to figure out how to use the coupon for 20% off the first purchase. She was laughing with her coworker about putting my mom’s number in wrong instead of focusing on how to help us she was just extremely unprofessional and rude. In another instance, I placed an order for pickup on Saturday night, they filled it Monday morning, then cancelled it two hours later. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to.
