  Every time we come here with our little sister, Joselyn is always here. She’s the most helpful person at this Windsor. She’s cheerful, gives great advice, honest, and goes above and beyond to help us. Thank you Joselyn for making this a great experience for our little sister!

  I had such a wonderful experience shopping here. The customer service was truly excellent — everyone was so kind, patient, and ready to lend a helpful hand whenever I needed it. They made me feel comfortable and confident while choosing outfits, and their fashion sense is amazing. It was honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had.   the employees here are not very nice and like to gossip, really bad experience trying to find a rehearsal dinner dress for myself. Please retrain and evaluate.

  Giving two stars because all though my daughter loves the clothes and normally we have good service here the most recent visit was a joke. My daughter came in last week to try on dresses for prom. She decided on a dress that unfortunately we needed to try a slightly smaller size however neither location had. Ordered the small size online which shipped quickly. XS dress ended up being a bit too small so my daughter attempted to return/exchange in store for the Small she originally tried on. The lady working behind the desk would not return or exchange the dress and told my daughter and another lady with the same dress that no returns were allowed. She the changed her story to this particular dress couldn’t be returned because it was a limited edition (I was on the phone with her while she was attempting to return/exchange). I went online while she was being told no returns or exchanges were allowed for this dress to find out that I could in fact return it. Processed the return online and was instructed to bring it to THIS location. My daughter left the store at this point so I told her to go back and show them the email with the confirmation to return to that location which the lady gladly took care of. PLEASE TEACH your associates to just give a little extra info instead of quickly jumping to the wrong answer. She could have stated if you process the refund online I can accept it here. I’ve worked in retail/customer service for 20+ years it’s very easy to just care a little!
