- RWRichard WilliamsJan 24, 20263.0Came to get a exchange for a pair of shoes after i had talked to an employee on the phone. They assured me on the phone it would be a straight across exchange since its the same style of shoe just in brown. I got to the store after driving across town only to be told not only is it not an exchange that I'd now have to pay for the shoes. So i forked over money, the lady at the counter didn't give a care what i was told and i wont be back. Exchanging a Christmas present for something more ideal went very sour.
