  Nordstrom used to offer a high end, next level shopping experience, and still does at many locations other than Fashion Place. If I’m going in to spend $600+ per item on designer dresses, maybe your salespeople could a) get off their phones b) put on real clothes? I was appalled at the overall lack of professionalism and could not bring myself to even want to try anything on after this level of service etc

  I put a pair of Adidas Samba Janes on hold because I wanted to look at other stores before buying them. I came back 2 hours later and they were sold to another customer. My name was put down for the shoes to be held. I was later told my number had to be given for them to actually be considered held. I was not asked for my number and I don’t understand how the staff could have such a disregard for their customers.

  Not very size inclusive. I wear L/XL and the selection was extremely limited. I found 4 dresses that were L and 2 that were XL I tried them on and they all fit wildly different. I settled on an 80$ dress from Billabong. The strap BROKE the first time I wore it. It’s insane spending 80$ on a “quality” brand from a department store and having it break first time being worn.

  Nancy in the fragrance department is a 10+ for me! So beyond helpful and made the visit so enjoyable. I was searching for a perfume for a friend and she was able to help with all sorts of samples. There was another lady there who was super sweet as well. Definitely will come back to them for any future purchases. Much more pleasant experience at Nordstrom than Macy's.
