  Love coming to this store and seeing the cute clothes. Staff is always eager to help stylize too which is so amazing. Thanks Ali for always being so attentive! We love you guys!

  I am not one to usually leave bad reviews, and trust me this store has some great deals and items but today left me feeling so embarrassed and exposed. I found some cute items from their sale rack, walked back to the dressing room which mind you there are no employees in site anywhere to help take you back to a dressing room (not even at the register), so I walk myself back to the first open dressing room, close the door behind me and begin to undress to try on the dresses. I am standing there in my UNDIES and someone opens the door! I say loud and clear “someone’s in here!” They still proceed to walk in so I push the door shut “I AM IN HERE” and they said “ omg I’m so sorry” but GIRLLL I said it twice that I was in there and my entire chest and buttcheeks are out and you are proceeding to open the door to a closed dressing room that is being used! The doors have no lock which made me even more uncomfortable, because what if a random person walks in while you are undressing?? And how am I to know if that was an employee or a customer?? Just overall a bad experience. I bought my items and left but I damn near wanted to cry because I was standing their vulnerable half naked trying to try on a dress and bam door swings open?! This location in particular could really use some work. Invest in your customers privacy and learn how to knock pls!😞

  🚨HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE READ🚨Used to love this store but just wait till you ask for one simple request and they mess it up and pin it on you. Let me tell you my experience. Not long ago me and my friend went up to a guy we recognized from instagram and he offered to buy us an item from any store, so we chose Windsor. We had limited time to find something so we both picked up something we thought was cute. He bought our items and we specifically asked the associates if we would be able to exchange things items later if they didn’t fit and they said yes, knowing that we got them purchased by someone we barely knew. Then Later we go to Windsor because these items didn’t fit and we try to exchange them for a different item we specifically say can we EXCHANGE these items and the associate on the register RETURNED them we knew we didn’t have the original card and that is why we had told them we needed and exchange NOT a return. They then proceed to tell us that we can’t have our items that we returned OR exchanged because we can’t purchase the items since it was returned to the instagram guys original card which the associate Kayleen said that it was totally her mistake and she didn’t understand the question , but when the manager came up she refused to help us in anyway to get our items back or get our exchanged items we were trying to get. The manager was completely disrespectful and had tone in her voice when she was refusing to help us. I didn’t understand in anyway how the associates make a mistake with our items and then they proceed to not reimburse us for THEIR mistake. Instead the manager was rude and inconsiderate of what her employee just did to us. We left with nothing because they returned our items and so they took our items back. I wish I could give this store a zero because of how incredibly horrible their customer service is. This store needs to do better about training employees and making sure they are kind especially with their mangers. If your wanting a good experience while shopping I don’t recommend ever coming to Windsor.

  I’m so damn pissed with this store. Me and my friend came in here with a famous guy about 3 days ago and he had offered to buy us some clothes. We got the clothes but unfortunately they didn’t fit so we came back into the store today to exchange them. When we got into the store, we told them we wanted to exchange our items and we specifically said exchange instead, the girl who helped us at the register Kayleen returned the items to the original card and didn’t say anything until I had asked what is The price left over from the exchange and she looked at me like I was dumb and didn’t understand the question I was asking then proceeded to say oh, you guys said exchange, right? Then said that’s my mistake. The manager came up to the register, then started to explain that they could not do anything about this with an attitude didn’t try and help us in anyway even though it was their mistake and they also took the original items back. I used to love this store, but after the customer service and their mistake, I will not be coming back here. I am very upset. Wish they had better employees. Also wish I could leave a zero star review because this was probably the worst experience I’ve had with customer service.
