- SHS. Hale3 days ago5.0Nancy in the fragrance department is a 10+ for me! So beyond helpful and made the visit so enjoyable. I was searching for a perfume for a friend and she was able to help with all sorts of samples. There was another lady there who was super sweet as well. Definitely will come back to them for any future purchases. Much more pleasant experience at Nordstrom than Macy's.

I can’t speak for other departments, but I shop the perfume department often, and the girls there are always so knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. I especially love the Parfums de Marley and Jo Malone lines. The girls often go out of their way to search for deals for me and even help me place orders via text! Through the years they were able to find me deals on brands like Zimmerman, Petite Plume, Reformation , etc. I will forever be a nordy girl!
