We forgot to put 2 ties in our bag that we added last minute and Jacqueline ran through the mall to find us! We were in the food court and she showed up with the ties in hand. That truly goes above and beyond and I've worked many years in retail myself. Thank you Jacqueline... you are exceptional!!!!
