  Item ordered was not the same as delivered. Ordered the Wish-Tini glass, but delivered in a mug. If a substitution needs to be made, Edible Arrangements should reach out to the paying customer.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! After three attempts, this company still hasn't delivered the correct order!! They refuse to refund the money and I left a $23 tip. I ordered a large mixed fruit bouquet and half dozen sugar cookies and first attempt of delivery they said the address was incorrect not no one tried to call the number to verify and I was told it was a new driver. When the delivery was made, it was a small fruit bouquet of two kind of fruit only, and some flat chocolate cookies. Nothing like what I ordered or paid for. I called back again and was promised they would send what I ordered the NEXT day. The next day my daughter received the exact same two kinds of fruit in the small bouquet again!!!! And no cookies!!!!!! I am beyond frustrated and just want a refund of my $115 and the $23 tip. I will NEVER order from this business again.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Placed my order on Feb 6th to be delivered on the 14th. My item never showed up. Contacted the store that evening and they said it would be delivered on the 15th. It never showed up. Went into the store the next morning and they showed me a picture of a doorstep with an item that wasn't even what I had ordered. I showed her the correct door with the address visible and she didn't care at all. She was very rude and refused to refund my money and wanted me to just leave the store with no resolution. I refused and asked to speak to her boss. She wouldn't give me any contact info. Then proceeded to threaten to call the police on me. So, I did it myself and had to get a case number with the dispute. The officer informed me he had the same issue over 3 years ago with them. His experience we that he, indeed, received his order, but it had obviously been sitting in a 90 degree car all day before it got to his house. The fruit was moldy and un-edible. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EVER EVER DEALT WITH!! They seriously shouldn't be allowed to be in business!!!!

  Scam business - ordered $156 flower & strawberry gift set, store sent 12 strawberries and no flowers. That's $16.66 per strawberry. Then they won't answer their phone and won't call back. Will never be doing business with them again, especially seeing that their reviews on all platforms are full of similar stories.

  Not only was my delivery a day late but the fruit itself was not fresh, most of the pineapple was wilted. The chocolate on the strawberries had excessive condensation as if my arrangement had been sitting in the delivery vehicle overnight instead of being delivered. Terrible service for what they charge.
