  I had the best experience shopping at the Carhartt store in Utah. I was in town on a business trip and stopped by to pick up a beanie, but I ended up leaving with two full bags of gear! Hallee was so helpful in finding the right size of pants for me—she suggested I try a men’s size, and it was a total game changer

  Just discovered the stitching on my Carhartt Men's 8" Energy Waterproof Composite Toe CME8355 Industrial Boots is coming out. This is the second pair in 6 months. I'm thinking the warranty hassle isn't worth it. I've worn Ariat before. Think I'll just stick with them. Carhartt has sacrificed too much product quality for other concerns.

  I had such a great experience at the Carhartt store while visiting from LA. I made a purchase, and the customer service from the team was exceptional. The three associates who helped me truly went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Sachsen & Claudio thank you for being helpful and not just doing your job, but actually caring about the experience. You made the whole process seamless. In a time when great service can feel rare, this team stood out. Carhartt should be proud of having people like them representing the brand. They made a lasting impression, and I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in town.

  I like Carhartt clothing, but this store sucks. You’d think an outlet would have a full compliment of sizes, but no. To boot, the staff is notoriously rude. Not sure if I want to support the company if I’m going to have to deal with unpleasant staff.
