I’ve previously bought pants from this store and thought the issue was because they had already been used, but now it’s happening again with these newly purchased ones.
- AAA AJan 22, 20261.0Bought a pair of jeans three days ago and returned today because the button broke and came off the first time I tried them on. The store refused to exchange or refund a clearly defective item. The staff unhelpful , the experience was very poor, and I was even charged extra for a bag because they didn’t have bags available. Very disappointing.
