Super disorganized bam station. Everything was shoved together. Impossible to find anything. Spent an hour and still couldn’t even find half of the pieces for the new ninjago characters

This is not a review for this store in particular, but Lego as a company. Went to exchange a gift I received for something else and the guy at the store asked if I had my receipt. No, I got it as a gift. Then he said, there's nothing we can do without a receipt. Seriously? He informed me that it was a new policy for Lego. No receipt, no return or exchange. Too many returns from Walmart or Target or wherever are ending up at their stores. Which is fine, I get it, but you can't have it both ways. If you want to sell to the masses and put Lego in every store, then you have to accept that some returns are not going to come from a Lego store. Either that or sell exclusively in your store. And they need to have their return policy clearly printed somewhere and it needs some serious refining. The guy at the door said, well we've been telling people they have to have a receipt to return or exchange. Awesome work, who's going to want to give someone a gift with a receipt? I had no idea where the gift had come from but I knew it was a Lego so it seemed logical that it would be returnable to a Lego store. I guess I was wrong. Keep in mind that if you are giving Lego as a gift, you better give that person a receipt in case they want to exchange it or they are stuck with what they get. It was a frustrating experience, and Lego is going to have some extremely pissed off people this season if they're going to turn away everyone without a receipt. Just another story of a corporate enterprise sticking it to the people. And let's not get started on price, absolutely ridiculous for what you get.

To find and locate the Lego Store, the easiest route is enter at H&M or through Crate Barrett home furnishing store. From there, the Lego Store is a straight shot walk ahead. The Lego Store is on the right side of the mall if you're taking the route coming in from H&M or Crate & Barrell. Good store lighting but could use more overhead spot lights. Friendly staff ready to help. The Lego Store is organize, neat, tidy. The Technic Lego toy race car/H2R Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle model is a real winner with a bike stand. Haunted Mansion is another winner. Dracula queen is part of the set with Frankenstein. Cool fun set to build. There are so many cool model sets, it is hard to choose and how do you choose. The Lego Store carries little characters/collectible figurines right where you first walked in. Love everything about the Lego Store, timeless/nostalgic, brings everyone's childhood back in time, even if it's a brief moment to recollect treasures of timeless toys and yesterday once more era Legos. Time in a bottle. We purchased the Technic Kawasaki H2R motorcycle model set and the Haunted Mansion set. And, we also got a mini yellow travel suitcase Lego set. It's small but very fun, there's a mini boarding pass, a plastic Lego burger, a toothbrush. a camera/ a toothbrush. How fun is that?! Legos are expensive $$. But kids get to collect-admire-rebuild and have great fun, each model is timeless. That's the reward your children get in return, family fun, meaningful time. Is it worth it? Depending on who you ask that question. We know who's going to get so excited and so very happy in our living room on Christmas day. The Haunted Mansion/Kawasaki Ninja H2R Motorcycle are for two 8 year olds. They will scream with delight. Santa, be prepared and plug your ears. We purchased 3 sets one afternoon at Fashion Place Mall. The large LEGO yellow papers bags are pretty cool to look at and we waltz out of the mall like it was the best day ever, and it was. The Legos Store is Santa, but parents/grandparents, uncles/aunts are the Real Santa......Ho ho ho!

I would say that this is a great place to find hard-to-find Lego sets, with the Lego Store exclusive sets being some of the most notable. They also have a station in the store where you can build your own Minifigures and usually I think it is supposed to be three at a time. The store also has electronic displays but I usually like to see the displayed sets and MOCs more. The store seems to always have at least one of the various blind bag/box collectible minifigures. I recommend scanning the barcode on the box to find out which one it is. What is also worth checking are the keychains, some of which are minifigures and usually only found at Lego Stores. The staff that I have interacted with are always nice and helpful. I would argue that the best thing to get at the Lego Store is at the Pick-a-Brick wall. Whether they are currently using cups or boxes, you can get Lego parts for cheaper than the Lego website itself, which is a great reason to come in-person. At least when I last went, if you refill your Pick-a-Brick cup from a previous time you can get 50 cents off. Their rewards (which used to be Lego VIP and is now Lego Insider) is helpful if you frequently buy Lego and can also get you access to exclusive sets, some of which are tied to specific sets whilst others are based on the amount spent.
