- ZZZachary J. Chidester (Zach)6 days ago5.0I would say that this is a great place to find hard-to-find Lego sets, with the Lego Store exclusive sets being some of the most notable. They also have a station in the store where you can build your own Minifigures and usually I think it is supposed to be three at a time. The store also has electronic displays but I usually like to see the displayed sets and MOCs more. The store seems to always have at least one of the various blind bag/box collectible minifigures. I recommend scanning the barcode on the box to find out which one it is. What is also worth checking are the keychains, some of which are minifigures and usually only found at Lego Stores. The staff that I have interacted with are always nice and helpful. I would argue that the best thing to get at the Lego Store is at the Pick-a-Brick wall. Whether they are currently using cups or boxes, you can get Lego parts for cheaper than the Lego website itself, which is a great reason to come in-person. At least when I last went, if you refill your Pick-a-Brick cup from a previous time you can get 50 cents off. Their rewards (which used to be Lego VIP and is now Lego Insider) is helpful if you frequently buy Lego and can also get you access to exclusive sets, some of which are tied to specific sets whilst others are based on the amount spent.

I talked with a young lady who worked there unfortunately I cannot remember her name. But I wanted to say that she was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it came to helping me out, she was willing to explain the things I had questions about. Since I don't remember her name I'm going to put a little bit of a description so maybe she'll see this or her boss will and they will give her a recognition. ( she had a few tattoos on her arms including a butterfly that was I believe on her inside of her forearm, she has very small black gauges, as well as a piercing at the top of her nose near her forehead. She had short black hair but I think it was longer in the back. I know her name was something less common but I cannot remember the exact name.)

How do I sign up for the LEGO VIP Program?
If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my VIP Points?
Once you’ve earned points, visit your VIP account on LEGO.com where you can choose to redeem a voucher for either online or in-store shopping!
Do you price match other retailers?
We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing in our stores and online. We can’t price match, however, as Stores and the LEGO® Shop sometimes run different promotions and discounts. Happy shopping!
What do I do if my set is missing a piece or if I lost a piece?
You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?

While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
