There are always a group of men sitting 'All day' waiting for carts to come out. They are very rude and aggressive, pushing others out of the way to get what they want. It's truly sad that it has been reduced to this. The people that are genuinely in need, cannot get what they need because of aggressive , selfish bullies.

Ethan was very helpful in guiding me to a couple sections I was looking for. Very happy and possitive. Didn't find my treasures today but found some other interesting stuff.
- SCSheryl CollierMar 12, 20261.0I'm livid. I put a silver tray on hold in collectibles. Paid for it within 10 minutes. Went back to claim it and they gave it to someone else with a ticket... that didn't match. Then I had the guy at collectibles scream at me that the man he gave it to had a ticket. I said well it didn't match so what's the point of having a ticket? Used my debit card, which will take 3 to 5 days to get a credit. Hire competent people that aren't rude..and if you want to buy at a thrift store go to The Other side Thrift, 2 locations in S.LC. or go to John Volken thrift in North Salt Lake. Both help men and women get back on their feet. They have fairer prices also. I won't keep donating or giving to the Mormon church when it's worth $300 billion and a "buisness" that's tax exempt. A little tip, if you want something out of collectibles hold something cheap, then go back with your ticket after you payed and point to something expensive. They don't check anyway. Get yourself a deal!
