  I bought 5 pairs of pants; they are new. I’ve worn them and everything, but they all have damaged zippers. I’ve previously bought pants from this store and thought the issue was because they had already been used, but now it’s happening again with these newly purchased ones.

  Bought a pair of jeans three days ago and returned today because the button broke and came off the first time I tried them on. The store refused to exchange or refund a clearly defective item. The staff unhelpful , the experience was very poor, and I was even charged extra for a bag because they didn’t have bags available. Very disappointing.

  They are charging people $1 for bags because they ran out of plastic bags. This unacceptable especially during the Christmas season. Why do they make the customers pay for planning on their end. RIDICULOUS
