  Aida was very helpful. I lost my wedding ring on Easter and wanted to get an exact replica of what my husband bought. I was hoping for a discount of some kind since the band was purchased at ShaneCo-even though the diamond was not. She couldn’t do any sort of discount but offered a free engraving, which I can use anytime It was a little busy and we had to wait a while but it was still a good experience.

  I came in for a ring resize and repair and Rachel C. was so helpful and friendly! I recommend working with Rachel for all your jewelry needs! Shane co. offers free repairs and cleanings for all customers, too! Highly recommend for a great experience!

  Kyle was awesome! Super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Shane co. Is definitely where you should get engagement rings. 20 years later and I just got a stone upgrade, cleaning and sizing for the price it would have cost to just get a sizing somewhere else. Lifetime cleanings and sizing are well worth it!

  My fiancé and I have been looking for rings all around Utah for months. My mother recommend Shane Co. Based off there warranty and offer a wide variety of options. I knew what I wanted and come to find it's not offered at most Jewelers. Which lead to checking out custom rings that goes upwards of well over what we were planning on spending. Lets be honest it felt we were being charged too much for what I wanted for just the setting! Not even including a dimond. Coming into Shane Co, We were impressed with welcoming and friendly service. Ania (sorry if I spend it wrong!) Was the best she gave us many options to choice from and helped us narrow down options. Was very knowledgeable and supper sweet to work with! It really felt they went well above expectations and wasn't trying to sell but provide the best service possible. I loved how upfront they were with prices as we are actively trying to save up for a home. It gave us confidence in what they suggest for creating the perfect ring for me. Austin assist us in finalizing the process selecting the perfect dimond. It took a lot of pressure off my Fiance knowing we are going to be cared for after purchase as well. Austin went over the warranty bringing up great conversations and learning more about the products. We will be back very soon to purchase a wedding band for my soon to be husband!
