Solid place to grab some ammo or outdoor clothing or fishing gear. The two biggest downsides, at least at this location are lack of decent gun inventory, and besides the people at the gun counter or the cashiers up front, the other associates, at least for me were not helpful or knowledgeable about much of the other store items, (outerwear, cold weather fishing and tackle, footwear, camping accessories, etc…)
But as long as you know what you’re looking for, it’s a good place to stop.

Sold me a product and took my order on the 10th. Told me on the 13th it was out of stock. Continuously sold it on the 14th and the 15th to people cancel my order. Good friend of mine is having his delivered today that he bought on the 15th. Will Hold my funds for 10 days how do you charge for something you never shipped or had supposedly. Thanks for screwing my kids Christmas. There's a lot of other places to do business. This would be one I would ever do again!!!! Horrible customer service called. Spoke to so-called third party managers. This place is a joke!!!

Great store. Terrible service at the front counter. Four of them cant figure how to work two registers? Busy talking amongst each other I guess. Couldn't even find the time to bag the item I purchased either. Can't wait not to come back.

I arrived at the store around ~6:35 PM. I walked in and was immediately met with a cold glare by the person at the front counter. I turned to my wife and joked about how unwelcoming the vibe was instantly.
I went to the gun counter to pick up an online order. One employee was on his phone and the other already helping multiple people. I walked towards the one on the phone and he wouldn’t look up. Figured maybe off the clock? Maybe lose the vest if that’s the case... Another employee came out from the back walked right toward me, avoided eye contact, and then walked past me to do stuff with the other employee that was on his phone. Then, when they finished whatever they were doing, he still ignored us and went into the back never coming back out. Even though the older gentleman at the counter was clearly needing back up.
I waited more before the older gentleman (the only polite person there apparently) finally apologized for the wait and he’ll be with us shortly.
By the time we were helped, he said it was too late because the background check system was closing in 5-10 minutes. If I had been acknowledged when I arrived, this wouldn't have been an issue. Furthermore, SW does not tell you on the website that you must arrive by a certain time for these pickups if you are not using your CC to pick up.
I wasted 90 minutes of driving for nothing. Even worse, when I contacted Customer Support later to see if I could transfer the order to another location (they said no), I was told the store should have had me fill out the forms while I was there for submission the next morning, but the staff didn’t offer that solution.
A terrible experience all around.
Even though I can’t find the gun I’m looking for elsewhere yet, I’m thinking I’ll cancel my order since I clearly can’t trust I’ll be taken care of at SW. Super disappointed in the experience. I’m usually one to not leave reviews like this. And usually I’ll put up with silly stuff like this. But I really genuinely lost trust with this experience and I feel like trusting SW with my businesses is a dumb move. It’s not just the timing issue. It’s that combined with the lack of care that was palpable.
Update: After submitting a cancelation form, we called to cancel the purchase. We got transferred to the gun counter. It rang for 5 minutes or so then timed out. Dropped the call. Had to go through their corporate support to get help with canceling. Yea I’ll go somewhere else.
Update 2: After cancelling my order I decided to reorder to another location. I was stoked it would still be here by Christmas. After a week I got an email saying it’s out of stock. So yea. No shot now in getting the rifle in time for Christmas since I wasted another week waiting for SW to fulfill my second order only to cancel it. I can’t win here 😂 To be fair this update is not a critique of this location. Just a comical and painful update to the situation.
Update 3: So I just found that they never refunded me for a magazine that went with the rifle on the first order. You can’t make this stuff up. What a nightmare this has been.
