I’ve called 4 times to finally get a rep. 1st, I answered and no response on the other line. 2nd, they hung up the call before I said hello. 3rd, I used there call back but never got a return call. 4th, I get a rep who then takes the call but can’t answer the question of if they have a 12W in stock at the location I’m needing. Garbage call service center.
