I enjoy browsing here and staff are pretty nice. I do wonder where is your jewelry section?? Surely you gets lots of jewelry donations, every other thrift store I've ever gone to has an extensive jewelry selection. So what do you do with it?? I find it strange that these items are not on the floor.

I used to come here all the time! I loved it and have spent hundreds of dollars here. Unfortunately the prices have soared in the last few months and the culture is just not what I expect from a non-profit church-owned thrift store. The lowest price I’ve found for new items is $2! That’s insane! And it was a 2” tall cow trinket! I’m ashamed to have this thrift store associated with my church as it seems they have forgotten the purpose of Deseret Industries Thrift. I will be seeking contact with the store manager, Jeremy, and possibly escalating this issue to church authorities as I have been ridiculed by a supervisor here in the past. (I was apologized to, but only by a different supervisor and only because I knew her personally.)

I hate to be this person and I never do this, but while we were shopping around 5ish today we went to the yard section and these 2 short employees were dinking around on the piano at full blast while people were trying to shop, like they were literally walking around talking and playing on the piano for 10 minutes. The tall guy was doing his job but these short guys were being so loud and annoying and rude to the ears of everyone else in the store. Do better.
