- AGAvery GlassJun 13, 20251.0Ray bans broke, I spoke to ray bans and they directed me towards the store I purchased them from. I went to this store with receipt, box, and everything and the lady refused to exchange them or help me in any way and kept directing me to call ray bans, after explaining they directed me to her she just kept saying she couldn't help me. Instead of arguing I just left. Went to the sunglass hut at fashion place and they instantly replaced them with no issues.
