  On February 17, 2026, I visited the store to browse for an outfit. During my time there, I was very obviously followed by three employees — the store manager, security, and the cashier who later checked me out. It was clear that they assumed I was there to steal. The behavior was noticeable and made me extremely uncomfortable. Despite politely greeting everyone and explaining multiple times that I was simply browsing and unsure of what I was looking for, the manager repeatedly questioned me about what kind of pants I needed. The cashier, who assigned me a dressing room, was also unnecessarily rude. I did not realize that walking into a store wearing sweatpants and a hoodie constitutes suspicious behavior. The profiling I experienced was both obvious and upsetting. As someone who has previously enjoyed shopping here, this experience was deeply disappointing. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share when customers are made to feel uncomfortable in a retail environment.

  I love coming here when I do, it’s worth the time it takes to get down here. The whole staff at Polo Ralph Lauren Factory are amazing, warm, courteous, and kind. They treat every customer very well. They always greet you, get to know you, and make you their top priority. I’ve become very well acquainted with the staff ever since I’ve started shopping here and I love getting to know any employees I have not met yet. They are very friendly and personable. I don’t just come down here for the clothing, but for the staff here as well. I do not just see them as employees who work for this company, but real people with stories and purpose, which matches my intent of shopping here. They take pride in the work they do and work very hard. I am very well pleased with every experience I’ve had coming into their store and most definitely recommend it to anyone! Thanks to the staff at Polo Ralph Lauren Factory in Lehi! You’re the best!
