He only opened the sunglasses once, and we put them back in the bag. Now, We can't return them because they have scratches even though we didn't use them. We explain it in different ways but the girl (Ana Santacruz) didn't want to do anything, she didn't believe us. So Madeline sold me the sunglasses already scratched and nobody wants to assume responsibility, now I have a scratched sunglasses that I don’t even like. Terrible service and very disappointed!

I went to this store with receipt, box, and everything and the lady refused to exchange them or help me in any way and kept directing me to call ray bans, after explaining they directed me to her she just kept saying she couldn't help me. Instead of arguing I just left. Went to the sunglass hut at fashion place and they instantly replaced them with no issues.
